Lunch at Ginza Ginpei/ 銀座 銀平ランチ
Having lunch at a nice restaurant is always truly fabulous thing to everyone.
Today I met a nice one in Ginza.
Today's lunch was at Ginpei, an authentic Japanese cuisine restaurant who specialized in serving fresh fish dishes.
Its lunch has 3 types of the prices.
The most reasonable one was JPY1,620.
Incredibly nice lunch for the price.
Let me introduce the overall of the lunch.
The lunch includes
-a choice of grilled or simmered fish, tempura, sashimi with your choice of fish.
-homemade tofu
-kobachi, today it was tempura
-soba
-rice
-miso soup
-Japanese pickles
When you ask this set menu, the staff will bring a basket filled with fishes for the day and explain which fish to choose for your main dish.
Then I chose Ishimochi, a pink fish with Nizakana, shimmered.
It's just wonderful that we can choose the fish itself and how to eat it.
The course started with a small size of soba, it was served with kabosu, a citrus, and balanced clear soup.
Then homemade tofu and tempura were served.
Homemade tofu came with soybean milk.
It was tenderly warmed and the tofu was dense. Ate it with ponzu and sesame.
Also tempura was just fried for me, those were natural.
After finishing those dishes, the main,rice and miso soup were served.
The simmered fish was simple but it told me how fresh the fish is.
It is really rich experience to have good fish dishes at this kind of special restaurant.
I was impressed and like this kind of authentic one.Hope to visit here again sooner.
