Homemade Chocolate-chipped English Scones

Scone always make our tea time happier.
These are chocolate-chipped English Scone inspired by the King's Speech, movie.
I did this based on the following page:

It is easy to make and ingredients are very simple.
The key to make it successful is that adding milk into the stuff of Flour, sugar, and butter after those are well stirred and butter got smooth.
